Processing, Shipping and Delivery Information

  • Orders are processed immediately and shipped out of our warehouse the same day to next day depending on when the order is received. You decide when checking out which method to ship. Shipping duration starts as soon as it leaves our warehouse.
  • Shipping and handling costs are not included in each item’s price. That cost shown as a separate line item and added to your total at checkout.

International Shipping

We currently happily ship to all foreign countries. All international orders ship via USPS International Mail, and while we can’t guarantee delivery times, our best estimate is that most orders should arrive at their destination within 1.5-2.5 weeks (sometimes a bit longer).

Will I be responsible for import duty, VAT, or other taxes outside of the U.S.?

Yes, though many countries do not charge VAT for orders under $50. Customers with shipping addresses outside of the US are solely responsible for all duties, import taxes and brokerage fees. These are not included in the cost of shipping or handling of your order. Customs, duties, and taxes vary from country to country; please check with your local customs agency for details on estimated costs.

Sales Tax

Your applicable state and/or local tax will be calculated and added to the total at checkout. Customers in California are the only ones applicable for state/local sales tax.

Return Policy

We take extraordinary measures so your LighterBro product is high quality and functions well. If it doesn’t, we will gladly repair or replace it within 30 days of your purchase. This warranty does not cover theft, abuse, alteration, loss, or unauthorized and/or unreasonable use of your LighterBro product. This warranty does not cover accessories, imprinting, cleaning, color finishes, or sharpening.

LighterBro LLC is not liable for incidental or consequential damages.
